Aerial building and roof inspections provide Property Managers with crucial information that can help build planned maintenance programmes to ensure they are one step ahead.
Reduced cost from planning works well in advance.
Safer and more cost effective access to the high level areas of buildings over traditional methods.
Assurance to all interested parties that all aspects of the building are being thoroughly inspected.
Supporting evidence in insurance claims to prove that the area has been routinely inspected, increasing claims success.
Emergency call outs to investigate immediate issues can improve safety, reduce cost and speed up the time to identifying and recording issues.
The complexity & size of commercial premises can often result in access difficulties and costs being exceptionally high.
Information gathered assists interested parties to ensure the building is adequately maintained and can identify current and future issues requiring attention.
Drone surveys reduce risks vastly and the risks of working from height are eliminated.
Inspections are non-intrusive and have little disruption for commercial tenants.
Allows access to fragile or unsafe high level areas which would otherwise be high risk.
Allows less restricted access to areas which may not be able to be reached off access lifts or complex and expensive scaffold structures.
Aerial progress photos have the power to transform the day-to-day workflow within the construction industry. The data collected from photographs can keep a construction project on schedule, within budget, all while improving safety and efficiency. This data can also furnish your team with a rich set of data for more informed communication and decision making.
The progress photographs can also serve as a marketing tool to show purchasers how the build is progressing.
When surveys of residential properties are conducted there is often a reliance on assumption or measured guesswork to ascertain the condition of a property. Drones provide the perfect solution to remove any doubts and provide more accurate and reliable data.
Some handheld extendable pole devices can provide a greater reach but will not suffice for more complex or larger scale homes. Drones have the ability to reach these areas without risk to injury or life and are much more cost effective means than traditional methods.
It is no surprise that exceptional photographs sell homes. Aerial photography and videography is becoming a major part of the sales process as there is the ability to capture the scale of the property and grounds that ground level cameras do not have.
We also work alongside developers to create promotional videos and photographs to use as part of the marketing material for new schemes. These videos allow you to capture the development as a whole and to present an image and identity of what it is like to live at the development.
