Based in Harrogate, Rise specialise in property photography, videography, and offer various drone services, delivering exceptional visuals to clients across the UK.

At Rise, we are committed to providing high-quality, tailored imagery that aligns with each property's unique character and the client’s specific brief. Whether it’s capturing beautifully composed interiors, twilight exteriors, or dynamic aerial perspectives, we ensure that every image is thoughtfully crafted to maximise impact.

We also offer drone roof inspections, roof condition reports, and roof surveys, combining our professional property expertise and our close affiliation with RICS qualified Chartered Surveyors where requested. Using high-resolution aerial imagery, we provide a safe, efficient, and cost-effective alternative to traditional roof inspections.

As CAA-approved operators holding the A2 Certificate of Competency, we bring expertise and full compliance to our aerial services. Our operations meet all EC 785/2004 insurance regulations, ensuring safe and professional drone photography and roof inspection services.​

Our Story
Rise was founded in in 2019. Though drones were beginning to find their place in the property industry, we identified a gap in the quality of output and creativity being offered by existing pilots. It was this gap that inspired us to Rise to the challenge.
The vision was to redefine the conventional image of a drone pilot, transcending the uninspired point and shoot approach and offer clients a service where clients can see the significant improvement in service from meticulous attention to detail when planning and executing shoots. The goal was and continues to be achieving the best quality output for clients.

By now, we are confident that we at Rise have done our bit to change the conventional image of a drone pilot, but we continue to work tirelessly to uphold our unwavering commitment to excellence. We are not pilots, we are content creators capturing the spirit of the locations, properties and businesses that we shoot.

As our business grew, so did our expertise and understanding of the industry’s needs. Recognising the demand for a comprehensive approach to property marketing, we expanded our services beyond aerial imagery to offer a full suite of property photography and videography solutions to provide a one stop shop to fulfil our clients needs.

Drone Videography
Where photographs capture the beauty, videos tell the story.
Aerial videography brings these stories to life. No other medium can demonstrate the scale and size of a location in the way that drones do. We frequently work alongside our network of like-minded ground based videographers to marry the ground with the skies to capture and tell stories on behalf of our clients.
For Rise, videography doesn't end in the sky. The internal range of motion achieveable with a drone far surpasses that of a handheld camera and gimbal or slider in large indoor spaces. While the former remain undoubtedly crucial, we've found drones to be an exceptional accessory to obtain footage from creative angles and present large internal spaces visually in a way that ground level equipment cannot.

Drone Roof Inspections
Rise carry out a significant amount of work on behalf of block managing agents, residential property owners, commercial property managers and hotel managing agents to routinely inspect their buildings to identify and record defects, along with satisfying their compliance and insurance requirements.

Access via drone is a fraction of the cost of traditional means of access and eliminates the health and safety risks of working at height.
​
