Data collection of high level areas of the building via drone. Data files sent via file transfer to the client for their interpretation.

Roof Condition Report
Data collection of high level areas of the building via drone. Data interpreted by Rise property professionals and compiled into a roof condition report highlighting all visible defects with the roof and high-level areas along with giving an overview of the general condition of the roof. Data files and supporting roof condition report to be sent to client by file transfer.

Data interpreted in consultation with RICS qualified chartered surveyor and compiled into a roof survey highlighting all visible defects with the roof and high-level areas along with giving an overview of the general condition of the roof.
